The Challenge
The client was spending significant time every week preparing reports for different stakeholder groups — each needing different data, different formats and different levels of detail.
Leadership needed high-level KPIs. Account managers needed customer-specific data. Analysts needed raw exports. Building a single dashboard for everyone produced something useful for no one. The solution had to deliver the right view to the right person, automatically, without a weekly manual reporting cycle.
